Questions

  • Extremely. Containment is built for adults and brave teens. Expect intense physical effects, total darkness, strobes, fog, loud sound design, sustained psychological pressure, and live actors who get within inches of you. Nobody is touching you, but they will get close.

  • 13 and up. Anyone under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. No children under 6 will be admitted under any circumstance. Use your judgment — this is not a kids' Halloween event.

  • No. Our cast operates under a strict no-touch policy and we ask the same of our guests. Do not touch the actors, props, or set pieces.

  • Roughly 25 to 35 minutes from entry to exit, depending on your group's pace and how often you stop.

  • Most of the facility is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us in advance so we can prepare your group's route. A few sectors involve uneven ground and tight passages that may not be navigable.

  • No refunds. If you exit before completing the walk-through, our staff will guide you out — but tickets are non-refundable.

  • No photography or video inside the attraction. Phones must stay pocketed. Photo opportunities exist in the queue and lobby areas.

  • Closed-toe shoes you can move in. Avoid open sandals, heels, and anything you would not want covered in fog residue. It can get cold standing in line.
